Any time there is an issue with our heating and air units, we call this company to do the repairs and/or replacements. We trust Terrel to service any and all of our units because he will tell us if the repair is a minor adjustment or a major job. “We were referred to T.M.T. Service Repairs, LLC in June 2013 after we purchased our first home in Pooler, GA. Before we could even get settled in, we received a warning from the HOA requiring us to have the home pressure washed. We were so upset. To say the least, T.M.T Services Repairs, LLC. quickly resolved our issue. The owner setup a time to assess our home around our crazy work schedule. He arrived on-site with tools in hand ready to work. I could not have asked for a more professional individual. The owner was kind enough to give additional recommendations for our property such as upgrades on our doors, ceiling fans, countertops & flooring in the kitchen. After the walk through, our home, walkway, and driveway were cleaned and they looked amazing! I never knew they were that dirty. My husband and I were completely satisfied. "We contracted T.M.T. Service Repairs, LLC in February 2013 while moving our salon to a new and bigger location. We started the repairs/upgrades 3 weeks prior to the grand opening. However, trying to save money and help someone (a friend of a friend) make some money, we chose the absolute wrong contractor. The work was sloppy, colors completely wrong, equipment destroyed/stolen, etc. Totally unprofessional. Everything that could go wrong went wrong! The contractor from hell. We had to terminate that contract and attempt to correct and finish the work on our own (with the help of staff). Simply impossible. It was one week before our grand opening at the new salon location,and we had to find another contractor to fix what had gone horribly wrong and finish what was never started. We previously worked with Terrel Thomas in the property management/maintenance field and knew he was the man to call. We only had one week to get our salon in order. Not only did he respond immediately. He listened to what we wanted and corrected the many mistakes made by the previous contractor. A staff was put in place that took care of our every need; electrician, carpenter, painter, plumber, etc. They worked rapidly (yet efficiently) to assure our deadline was met. It was down to the absolute final 24 hours, but his crew successfully and correctly finished our salon. We were able to open as scheduled. Total skilled professionals. We will most assuredly recommend T.M.T. to those we come in contact with needing repair services. Terrel with T.M.T. Service Repair was able to quickly identify the problem(s) with my AC and address/correct each of them. He ensured the system was functioning properly prior to leaving and provided some useful tips to help with cost savings. T.M.T.
